Extracurricular Activities

We are pleased to offer a wide variety of extracurricular activities this Fall in the areas of sports, enrichment, and academic resources. Each program is overseen by an activity sponsor who is responsible for promoting the activity and providing specific information about expectations and dates. The purpose of this publication is to provide the contact information, general descriptions, and sign-up forms for the activities.

Questions regarding sign-up procedures or tax credit may be emailed to Chrissy Boomer at [email protected] or Becky Azbell at [email protected]. Questions regarding a program must be emailed directly to the Activity Sponsor.

Registration and Payment

Extracurricular programs will begin the week of September 6, 2015, unless otherwise noted. To register for an extracurricular, you will need to sign up on your Smart for Charters account through the Shopping Cart option. The last page of this packet has instructions with how to register and add the fees. Please note that all extracurricular fees must be paid on SMART before the first day of the activity, regardless of the due date of the fee. All extracurricular fees are non-refundable for any reason.

Students waiting for an extracurricular activity to begin may sign into Late Bird and will not be charged for the time before their extracurricular start time. Students must be picked up 15 minutes after the end of their activity from the SOUTH SIDE CURB; otherwise they will be escorted to Late Bird and charged the Drop-In Fee. Extracurricular activities will not meet October 10th-14th due to fall break, as well as any other calendar holidays.

*If the club fee is no longer listed on the shopping cart, it is full.
